I bought the title above Wal-Mart. I came home, opened it and noticed there were only a disc. I put in the DVD player and … is the disk 2 of 2. The special features disc. 1. Has anyone else had this problem? 2. How big a problem is when I have to go back to Wal-Mart because I have not paid? Usually, as I understand it, you can not return to DVD.
You can return to DVD's Wal-Mart. Even if you do not have the receipt, which must give store credit. I had a similar problem, although not with this DVD. My copy of it worked well and had both discs. I just saw in my case and has a removable insert (which is disk 1), which means they simply do not attach to the factory. Carrying it back to Wal-Mart and explain the problem. It should enable the exchange without any dispute. Hey, it happens! Even machines make mistakes.
